Upon assignment, properties are entered into our web-based Property Preservation System. From there our Customer Service Coordinators set tasks and milestones for our Property Managers, as well as track correspondence. When a lead is received from a potential customer, it is entered into our Lead Management System where an agent that best matches those customers’ individual needs is automatically assigned and then notified by email and/or SMS text message. All documentation is scanned and stored in digital format, providing quick access to all property information, thereby increasing response time when you need that document fast!

Property Management

Each Property Manager has the ability to track their individual calendars in our Property Preservation System closely, and can stay in contact with the Coordinators while on the road. The property manager can even upload photos while they are still at the property! They also assist with BPO's, occupancy checks, changing locks, utilities, repairs, maintenance, eviction, and cash-for-keys.

Our average turn-around time is 48 hours with 99% on-time and 100% fulfillment. In addition to reporting the property condition, we may suggest minor repairs that might help to substantially increase the value of the home. Our BPO procedure reflects interior conditions, both ‘as-is’ and ‘quick sale’ valuations. Our property managers are also trained to look for dangerous conditions such as exposed wires or open holes that need immediate attention.
